Today marks the day since A Tribe Called Quest released their documentary film, “Beats, Rhymes & Life,” four years ago. This documentary would bring you deep into the groups world. With great interaction with group members Q-TIP/Phife Dawg /Ali Shaheed Muhammad and Jarobi White.

The film was premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, and also was directed by actor Michael Rapaport who we all know is a huge hip hop junkie. This film brought you into the inner workings of the trio (or sometimes foursome) on a personal level.
