Back in the early 90’s, Ice Cube’s group Westside Connection was feuding with a voracious emcee in Common. The young Chicago rapper pounced on the group and Cube when they took shots at him in regards to his raps on “I Used to H.E.R.” He dropped “The B*tch in Yoo” and was crowned the victor of that battle. Years later, the two have peacefully ended their beef and are even starring in the Barbershop 3, set to drop April 15.

Of course, the feud between JAY Z and Nas is one beef that we’ll forever remember. JAY Z drew first blood when he dropped his aggressive diss “Takeover” aimed at Nas. Nas returned the favor and obliterated Hov on “Ether.” The two would later call a truce at JAY’s “I Declare War” concert, in which he brought out Nas as a special guest.
